Test Drive Cheat: Open all Cars and Tracks
On the Main Menu Screen tap these buttons in order: RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, SQUARE, UP, ˺, ˺, R1.

This unlocks all of the cars/tracks and allows you to select from the fastest cars on the lot.

Test Drive Unlockable: SoundMAX and SPX Cars
Once you’ve unlocked all the cars, do this to get the special SoundMAX and SPX cars:

- Enter the SF Drag Race
- Select the Dodge Concept Viper
- Set a new time record (not difficult with this car.)
- Enter: “SOUNDMAX” in the Name Entry Screen.

NOW the 3 extra Cars (Jaguar XK-R “SoundMAX SPX”, Jaguar XK-R “Analog Devices”, and the Aston Martin db7 “SoundMAX SPX”) will appear on the Car Select Screen in all modes except Story Mode. Select the cars, and prepare to race!

Test Drive Hint: Play Pong Mini-Game
To play a Pong (remember that?) mini-game, simply move the paddles with the D-Pad while the game is loading. Play as long as you want before moving to the actual game.

Cold Winter Unlock: Elite Difficulty
Beat the game and save the profile.

Silpheed: The Lost Planet Unlimited Weapons (NTSC-J)
When you start a new game, enter your name as XACALITE.

Silpheed: The Lost Planet Unlimited Weapons (NTSC-NA)
When starting a new game, enter your name as GLOIRE.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Hint: Sticky Camera Uses
Once you acquire the SC-20, you can fire sticky cameras. What you may not know is that you can fire them at the heads of enemies and knock them out without using your other weapons.

You can also pick up the sticky camera after you fire it (provided you can get to it) so you technically have an “infinite″ number of chances to stun guards and other people.

If your camera is fire into a spot that you can’t get to, you can try firing on it to “bounce” it somewhere where you can retrieve it.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Hint: Training Stage Secret
In the Training Stage, after you complete the task of looking at the lights, you can go over to the left or right of where you are. You will be above the lights, and you will find two doors. On the right is a door that leads to a room where a lock pick is sitting on the shelf beside the door. You can use this to get into the door that is located just beside the door leading to the covert-ops section. After going through this door and getting the keypad code (the code is 5656), you can then go on the left and get into the doorway to the left of the starting point of the level. Past this door is two rooms. In the last room is Anna Gromsdottir. You can talk to her about different things, but DON’T hit her or else you will be fired!

Dynasty Warriors 4 Fatal Bug: Custom Officer Slot 4
Koei slipped this time (they make a lot of bug free games!) - on the Battle of Han Zhong any custom officer you create and save to slot 4 (the bottom most slot on the Edit Officer screen, or the right-most slot on the Officer Select screen) will not appear correctly on the battle field and the PS2 will freeze. This custom officer slot (and all the other slots) seems to be fine on all other stages.

Dynasty Warriors 4 Unlockable: Level 10 Weapons
These should be done on the Hard difficulty setting and characters should already have their level 9 weapons:

* Da Qiao
Play the Battle Of Xu Chang level on the Wu side. Defeat Deng Ai, Hu Zhi, and Dian Wei.
* Dian Wei
Play the Battle Of Wan Castle level. Defeat Hu Che Er, then join with Cao Cao. After the Cao Cao conversation with Dian Wei event, deplete about half of Zhang Xiu’s HP and he will retreat. After the castle gate closes, clear the map of enemies for Cao Cao to advance. After Cao Cao reaches the dead end, two fire blocking exit messages will appear. After the Xu Chu breaks through wall event, Dian Wei earns his Level 10 Weapon.
* Dong Zhou
Play the Lu Bu’s Revolt level. Kill everybody on the screen where Lu Bu is the only one alive. If done correctly, Dong Zhou will make a comment.
* Guan Yu
Kill all the Wu generals at the Fan Castle level. Make sure that all your soldiers switch sides before you kill the Wu generals.
* Huang Gai
On the Battle Of Chi Bi level, eliminate all enemy entry points before the fire attack, then defeat Cao Ren, Cao Hong and Cao Pi.
* Lu Bu
Play the Lu Bu Rebellion level. Clear the entire stage of every enemy so that only Dong Zhuo remains alive. Be sure to kill every general and sub-general yourself. Lu Bu will earn his Level 10 weapon. Note: If the weapon does not appear after only Dong Zhuo is alive, move around the map awhile. There may still be ambush troops you did not encounter.
* Lu Xun
On the Battle of Yi Ling level, protect and keep Zhu Ran alive until he successfully triggers the fire attack. Enter stone maze, and pass through it.
* Ma Chao
In the Chen Du Suppression level go to the left side of the map to trigger the appearance of enemy back-up troops. Kill the enemy back-up troop generals Pang De and Ma Dai. Note: This can only be done in Musou mode, because the generals will be Ma Chao and Ma Dai in free mode.
* Meng Huo
Play the Battle Of Cheng Du level as Meng Huo on the Nanman Forces. Kill every character that is playable. Note: Make sure you personally kill the character and have his level weapon. You will get his level 10 weapon, King Of Beast.
* Pang Tong
Play the Battle Of Luo Castle on the Shu side. When Zhang Ren appears, decline his duel challenge. Destroy the bridge and kill Zhang Ren.
* Sima Yi
Ho to Battle Of Wu Zhang Plains level and defeat Wei Yan, Jaing Wei, and Ma Chao. A message will appear, stating that Dark Feather has been unlocked.
* Sun Jian
Play the Search For The Imperial Seal level with Sun Jian. You must defeat Li Jue, Zhang Liao, Diao Chan, and Lu Bu. Finish the level with Sun Jian’s level 9 weapon to get his level 10 weapon.
* Xiahou Dun
On the Battle of Xia Pi level, after the Xiahou Dun shot by an arrow event, defeat Diao Chan.
* Xiahou Yuan
On the Battle of Mount Ding Jun level, immediately kill the exchanging hostage Chen Shi. Then move directly to Huang Zhong. Defeat Huang Zhong.
* Yuan Shao
Play the Battle Of Guan Du level as Yuan Shao. Protect the ramming vehicle until the castle wall falls. You will then get the Sword Of Kings.
* Zhang He
On the Battle Of Jie Ting level, surround Ma Su and defeat him. Then, defeat all enemy generals and sub-generals.

Dynasty Warriors 4 Unlockable: Dynasty Tactics 2 Preview
Press TRIANGLE in the movie menu to view a preview of Dynasty Tactics 2. Note: This game is titled San Goku Shi Senki 2 in Japan.

Dynasty Warriors 4 Secret Mission: Eliminate Zhang Jiao
In Act I with either Wei, Wu, or Shu, choose Yellow Turban Rebellion first and force Zhang Jiao to retreat by killing all his officers, killing all his sub-officers, and sealing the stronghold directly behind him. This secret mission should appear after Act II.

Dynasty Warriors 4 Hint: Unlocking Extra Forces
To unlock the Lu Bu, Dong Zhuo, and Nanman forces in musou mode, beat musou mode with all three Wu, Shu, and Wei forces.

To unlock Yuan Shao’s forces you must beat Dong Zhuo’s musou mode. To unlock the Yellow Turban forces you must beat all other musou modes.
